As an Architect at Jacobs I work on all phases of the building project life-cycle including schematic design, design development, and construction administration. My experience is with core & shell and interior architecture projects for the life-science, laboratory-office market. I participate in design competitions, develop details for construction documents, and review the progress of the project during construction.
Below are a few highlighted project that I have been involved with at Jacobs.

400 Guest Street (ongoing) is a 627,000 sqft mixed-use development in the up-and-coming Allston Yards neighborhood

250 Water Street (C&S completion estimated 2022) is a 430,000 sqft life-science complex including retail, office, and laboratory spaces. My role on the executive architecture team includes design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Cambridgeside 3rd Floor (ongoing) is the conversion of 151,000 sqft of existing retail space to future tenant office space

222 Jacobs Street (completed 2019) is a 655,000 sqft laboratory-office development consisting laboratory and office space. My role on the design architecture and executive architecture teams included schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

One Boynton (2018) was a design competition for 300,000 sqft of flexible laboratory-office, retail, and arts space. My role on the competition team was conceptual and schematic design development.

Encore Boston Harbor (completed 2019) is a 3.1 million square foot complex featuring more than 671 key-luxury rooms, a 210,000 sqft casino, and 37,000 sqft ballroom, conference spaces, fine dining, retail and spa. My role on the executive architecture team was construction administration.

Regeneron Science Building (under construction) is a 256,000 sqft laboratory and life-science building in Albany, New York. My role on the design architecture team was design development, and construction documentation.
